“In Search of Three-Leafed Clover” is a program where we provide career search and career development opportunities to teenagers of traffic accident victims through career mentoring sessions. It was first initiated in 2005 in the form of “making dreams come ” product sponsorship, and changed to become a college student-engaged career mentoring program in 2013. For 13 years, we’ve supported a total of 1,500 teenagers. In 2017, we expanded the scope of participation to actively encourage the participation of teenagers normally not included in social welfare policies. Also, diverse opportunities were offered through onsite visit and experiential programs with employee volunteers.
